A decis\u00e3o foi ratificada na reuni\u00e3o do executivo de <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">8 de setembro<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, numa fase em que, segundo o presidente <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Manuel Jorge Valamatos<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, a grande empreitada de requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o do edif\u00edcio est\u00e1 conclu\u00edda, faltando essencialmente equipamentos t\u00e9cnicos e trabalhos associados ao palco.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #30353a;\"><span style=\"font-family: system-ui, apple-system, Segoe UI, Roboto, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Noto Sans, Liberation Sans, sans-serif, Apple Color Emoji, Segoe UI Emoji, Segoe UI Symbol, Noto Color Emoji;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O contrato resulta de um concurso p\u00fablico e seguir\u00e1 agora os tr\u00e2mites legais, incluindo a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o do <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Tribunal de Contas<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">. Valamatos explicou que o Munic\u00edpio decidiu avan\u00e7ar com este procedimento para evitar novos atrasos, apontando um prazo de cerca de <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">90 dias<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da mec\u00e2nica de cena.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #30353a;\"><span style=\"font-family: system-ui, apple-system, Segoe UI, Roboto, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Noto Sans, Liberation Sans, sans-serif, Apple Color Emoji, Segoe UI Emoji, Segoe UI Symbol, Noto Color Emoji;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O autarca sublinhou que este n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 o \u00faltimo passo necess\u00e1rio para colocar o equipamento cultural em funcionamento. Falta ainda concluir o <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">palco<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, estando prevista uma nova empreitada para essa interven\u00e7\u00e3o. Os trabalhos s\u00e3o interdependentes: o piso e o acabamento final do palco s\u00f3 poder\u00e3o ser executados ap\u00f3s a instala\u00e7\u00e3o da mec\u00e2nica de cena.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #30353a;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">C\u00e2mara mant\u00e9m objetivo de conclus\u00e3o at\u00e9 final de 2026<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #30353a;\"><span style=\"font-family: system-ui, apple-system, Segoe UI, Roboto, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Noto Sans, Liberation Sans, sans-serif, Apple Color Emoji, Segoe UI Emoji, Segoe UI Symbol, Noto Color Emoji;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Questionado sobre a abertura ao p\u00fablico, Manuel Jorge Valamatos reiterou que o objetivo \u00e9 concluir o Cine\u2011Teatro at\u00e9 ao <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">final de 2026<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, embora sem assumir uma data definitiva. O autarca admite que a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ocorrer no final do ano ou j\u00e1 no in\u00edcio de <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">2027<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, dependendo da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos e de fatores externos ao controlo da autarquia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #30353a;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Valamatos destacou ainda a dimens\u00e3o do processo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o, recordando que o Munic\u00edpio teve de adquirir o im\u00f3vel, elaborar o projeto, comprar terrenos para a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o e garantir financiamento.
