Apesar de, ao longo dos anos, terem sido removidos alguns elementos considerados perigosos \u2014 como placas de fibrocimento \u2014 o im\u00f3vel manteve\u2011se sem interven\u00e7\u00e3o estrutural.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #282828;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Em <strong>2019<\/strong>, a C\u00e2mara Municipal iniciou o processo para assumir <strong>posse administrativa<\/strong> do edif\u00edcio. A propriet\u00e1ria contestou a decis\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de v\u00e1rios recursos judiciais, todos decididos a favor da autarquia.
