A exig\u00eancia consta de um of\u00edcio enviado \u00e0 autarquia e dado a conhecer na reuni\u00e3o de C\u00e2mara de <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">4 de agosto<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, onde a empresa avisa que poder\u00e1 <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">recorrer aos tribunais<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> caso n\u00e3o seja alcan\u00e7ado um acordo at\u00e9 outubro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O processo resulta da tentativa de entendimento entre o Munic\u00edpio e a Listorres, que previa um <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">compromisso financeiro plurianual de 450 mil euros<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, proposta que acabou por n\u00e3o ser aprovada pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os aut\u00e1rquicos. Em maio, a <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Assembleia Municipal<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> retirou o ponto da ordem de trabalhos e determinou o envio da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o para o <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Tribunal de Contas<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, enquanto a coliga\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Viva o Entroncamento (PSD\/CDS\u2011PP)<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> anunciou igualmente o envio dos elementos ao <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">. Tanto PS como a coliga\u00e7\u00e3o levantaram d\u00favidas jur\u00eddicas e financeiras sobre a forma como a tentativa de transa\u00e7\u00e3o foi conduzida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Na reuni\u00e3o de agosto, o vereador <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Rui Madeira<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> (PSD\/CDS\u2011PP), citado nominalmente no of\u00edcio da empresa, rejeitou as refer\u00eancias que lhe s\u00e3o dirigidas, considerando que a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Listorres constitui \u201cuma forma de press\u00e3o\u201d para acelerar a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do caso. O autarca recordou que o processo foi remetido ao Tribunal de Contas e ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico por delibera\u00e7\u00e3o da Assembleia Municipal e questionou ainda a aus\u00eancia da oposi\u00e7\u00e3o nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es iniciais, que, segundo afirmou, ter\u00e3o decorrido \u201cem menos de sete dias\u201d ap\u00f3s a tomada de posse do atual executivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O debate acabou por cruzar\u2011se com outro tema j\u00e1 levantado anteriormente por Rui Madeira: o pedido de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dos <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">financiadores da campanha eleitoral do Chega<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> no concelho. O vereador disse ter solicitado essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o por duas vezes sem obter resposta. <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Nelson Cunha<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, presidente da C\u00e2mara, rejeitou qualquer liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre a Listorres e o financiamento da campanha local, afirmando desconhecer qualquer apoio da empresa \u2014 posi\u00e7\u00e3o igualmente confirmada por Rui Madeira.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Tamb\u00e9m o vereador socialista <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ricardo Antunes<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> defendeu a necessidade de esclarecimentos adicionais por parte do mandat\u00e1rio do munic\u00edpio, sublinhando que o processo deve prosseguir \u201csem m\u00e1cula\u201d, independentemente da decis\u00e3o final.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O lit\u00edgio com a Listorres tem origem em quest\u00f5es relacionadas com o loteamento n.\u00ba 5\/79 e com o contrato do Museu Nacional Ferrovi\u00e1rio. A autarquia tem reiterado que qualquer compromisso financeiro plurianual s\u00f3 poderia produzir efeitos ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os municipais competentes.
