A base da expedi\u00e7\u00e3o foi a aldeia hist\u00f3rica de <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La Alberca<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, ponto de partida para quatro dias de caminhadas, cultura e conv\u00edvio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #080809;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ao longo da estadia, o grupo realizou <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">dois percursos pedestres<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, atravessando zonas de grande riqueza natural, com extensas florestas de carvalhos e castanheiros, e visitou v\u00e1rias aldeias tradicionais da regi\u00e3o, como <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Sequeros<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">San Mart\u00edn del Casta\u00f1ar<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Miranda del Casta\u00f1ar<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">camping La Alberka<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, onde, al\u00e9m do descanso, houve espa\u00e7o para momentos de partilha, incluindo um jantar coletivo preparado pelos participantes, com o apoio dos respons\u00e1veis do parque.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #080809;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La Alberca, conhecida pela sua arquitetura preservada e forte identidade cultural, foi visitada v\u00e1rias vezes pelo grupo, que tamb\u00e9m aproveitou para jantar nos restaurantes locais <\/span><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">El Encuentro<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> e <\/span><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La Cantina<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial,
