As aulas decorrem sempre aos <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">domingos, \u00e0s 10h30<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, no parque ribeirinho, proporcionando um momento de bem\u2011estar e atividade f\u00edsica em contacto com a natureza.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">O programa estende\u2011se ao longo de quatro meses, com sess\u00f5es marcadas para <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">7, 14, 21 e 28 de junho<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">5, 12, 19 e 26 de julho<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">9, 16, 23 e 30 de agosto<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, e <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">6, 13 e 20 de setembro<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.
