Para Valamatos, a regi\u00e3o enfrenta h\u00e1 demasiado tempo limita\u00e7\u00f5es graves na mobilidade e na seguran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #080809;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Atualmente, a <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">ponte de Const\u00e2ncia<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> encontra\u2011se limitada \u00e0 circula\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos ligeiros, em sentido alternado e regulado por sem\u00e1foros, devido a quest\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a e \u00e0 estreiteza do tabuleiro. J\u00e1 na <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">ponte da Chamusca<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, a largura reduzida impede o cruzamento de dois cami\u00f5es, criando constrangimentos permanentes na fluidez do tr\u00e2nsito.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #080809;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Valamatos considera que as recentes <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">cheias no Tejo<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, que provocaram fortes dificuldades na circula\u00e7\u00e3o rodovi\u00e1ria, vieram expor ainda mais a urg\u00eancia destas obras. \u201c<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Aquilo que aprendemos neste contexto \u00e9 que se torna urgente a conclus\u00e3o do IC9<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u201d, sublinhou, acrescentando que as reuni\u00f5es mantidas com o Governo e com empresas instaladas na zona industrial do Tramagal refor\u00e7am a import\u00e2ncia estrat\u00e9gica desta infraestrutura.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #080809;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O autarca defende que a <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou constru\u00e7\u00e3o de novas pontes<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, bem como a melhoria da rede vi\u00e1ria, s\u00e3o essenciais para o desenvolvimento do M\u00e9dio Tejo e para garantir a <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">coes\u00e3o territorial<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">. \u201c<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Esta regi\u00e3o merece uma aten\u00e7\u00e3o que j\u00e1 deveria ter acontecido h\u00e1 muitos anos<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u201d, afirmou, reiterando que o territ\u00f3rio n\u00e3o pode continuar a ser tratado de forma desigual face aos grandes centros urbanos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #080809;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">As declara\u00e7\u00f5es surgem num momento em que v\u00e1rios autarcas e respons\u00e1veis pol\u00edticos de <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Abrantes, Vila Nova da Barquinha, Const\u00e2ncia e Chamusca<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> t\u00eam alertado publicamente para a necessidade de respostas r\u00e1pidas por parte do Governo, lembrando que as
