Financiadas no \u00e2mbito do PRR \u2013 Plano de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e Resili\u00eancia, estas carrinhas disp\u00f5em de espa\u00e7o para atendimento cl\u00ednico e para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de tratamentos, estando equipadas com o material necess\u00e1rio para a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de cuidados de enfermagem.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Pensadas para responder \u00e0s necessidades da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, as unidades garantem condi\u00e7\u00f5es de acesso para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida e est\u00e3o ligadas aos sistemas inform\u00e1ticos do Servi\u00e7o Nacional de Sa\u00fade (SNS), permitindo o registo da atividade cl\u00ednica e a continuidade dos cuidados.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A atividade destas unidades estar\u00e1 centrada, sobretudo, nos cuidados de enfermagem, incluindo o acompanhamento de pessoas com doen\u00e7a cr\u00f3nica, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de tratamentos, a vacina\u00e7\u00e3o, o apoio \u00e0 correta toma da medica\u00e7\u00e3o, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e acompanhamento de pessoas em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de depend\u00eancia, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da literacia em sa\u00fade e a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de rastreios.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Numa fase inicial, as unidades m\u00f3veis ter\u00e3o uma programa\u00e7\u00e3o regular por concelho, definida em articula\u00e7\u00e3o com os
