O comunicado destaca a previs\u00e3o de <strong>precipita\u00e7\u00e3o forte<\/strong>, <strong>vento intenso<\/strong>, <strong>agita\u00e7\u00e3o mar\u00edtima severa<\/strong> e <strong>queda de neve<\/strong> em v\u00e1rias regi\u00f5es do pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Segundo o <strong>Instituto Portugu\u00eas do Mar e da Atmosfera (IPMA)<\/strong>, espera\u2011se:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Chuva forte<\/strong>, sobretudo no litoral a norte de Sines e no interior Centro e Sul.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Vento forte com rajadas<\/strong>, mais intenso nos dias 23 e 24 de janeiro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Ondas que podem atingir 12 a 15 metros<\/strong> na costa ocidental.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Neve<\/strong> nas regi\u00f5es Norte e Centro, podendo descer aos <strong>400 metros<\/strong>, com acumula\u00e7\u00f5es que podem chegar aos <strong>30 cm<\/strong> acima dos 800 metros.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A <strong>Ag\u00eancia Portuguesa do Ambiente (APA)<\/strong> alerta ainda para <strong>subidas de caudais<\/strong> e <strong>varia\u00e7\u00f5es r\u00e1pidas dos n\u00edveis dos rios<\/strong>, sobretudo nas bacias do Minho, Lima, C\u00e1vado, Mondego, Vouga, Guadiana e Arade.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Riscos associados<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A ANEPC identifica v\u00e1rios perigos potenciais:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Inunda\u00e7\u00f5es urbanas e cheias r\u00e1pidas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Instabilidade de taludes e derrocadas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Piso rodovi\u00e1rio escorregadio devido a \u00e1gua, gelo ou neve.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Risco elevado na orla costeira devido \u00e0 forte agita\u00e7\u00e3o mar\u00edtima.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Queda de objetos e estruturas devido ao vento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Desconforto t\u00e9rmico provocado pelo frio e vento forte.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Medidas preventivas recomendadas<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Civil apela \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o para adotar comportamentos de preven\u00e7\u00e3o, entre os quais:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Desobstruir sistemas de escoamento<\/strong> e remover objetos soltos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Evitar circula\u00e7\u00e3o junto \u00e0 <strong>orla costeira<\/strong> e zonas ribeirinhas vulner\u00e1veis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Conduzir com precau\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, reduzindo a velocidade.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Evitar desloca\u00e7\u00f5es em vias com <strong>acumula\u00e7\u00e3o de neve<\/strong> e garantir correntes, combust\u00edvel e mantimentos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">N\u00e3o atravessar <strong>zonas inundadas<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Manter\u2011se atento \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es do IPMA, APA e Prote\u00e7\u00e3o
