style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Com a intensifica\u00e7\u00e3o da onda de calor que se faz sentir em v\u00e1rias regi\u00f5es do pa\u00eds, a Autoridade Nacional de Emerg\u00eancia e Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Civil (ANEPC) divulgou um conjunto de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es essenciais para minimizar os impactos do calor extremo na sa\u00fade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Entre as principais medidas destacam-se a <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o constante<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u2014 com a ingest\u00e3o de pelo menos <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">1,5 litros de \u00e1gua por dia (cerca de 8 copos)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u2014 e a <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o regular de protetor solar<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> com fator superior a 30, reaplicado a cada duas horas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A ANEPC aconselha medium;\">;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Refrescar-se com \u00e1gua<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> ao longo do dia;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Optar por <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">refei\u00e7\u00f5es leves e frescas<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Redobrar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o a <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">crian\u00e7as, idosos e pessoas com doen\u00e7as cr\u00f3nicas<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, que est\u00e3o entre os grupos mais vulner\u00e1veis aos efeitos do calor intenso.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">As autoridades alertam que o calor extremo pode agravar condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade preexistentes, provocar desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o ou levar a golpes de calor, e sublinham a import\u00e2ncia de manter os ambientes frescos e arejados, evitando a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o direta ao sol nas horas de maior calor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Para mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es
