apoiadas pelo PRR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #2c363a;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A C\u00e2mara Municipal do Entroncamento aprovou na reuni\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria de 5 de novembro de 2024, a empreitada de &#8220;Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de 6 Blocos de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e 15 moradias&#8221; apoiadas pelo Plano de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e Resili\u00eancia, com os votos favor\u00e1veis dos eleitos pelo PS, a absten\u00e7\u00e3o dos vereadores do PSD e o voto contra do vereador eleito pelo Chega, agora independente.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2c363a;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Foram aprovados o Projeto de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o e a decis\u00e3o de contratar esta empreitada, cujo valor base para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o ascende os 9,2 milh\u00f5es de euros, uma constru\u00e7\u00e3o que vai permitir a conclus\u00e3o da ELH \u2013 Estrat\u00e9gia Local de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2c363a;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A ELH \u2013 Estrat\u00e9gia Local de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o sinalizou as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de car\u00eancia habitacional existentes no concelho e definiu as solu\u00e7\u00f5es habitacionais nas quais se devem enquadrar todos os pedidos de apoio ao abrigo do 1\u00ba Direito &#8211;
